How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.


How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order price.  For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly. You can chose free shipping on a longer time for delivery if your order is 50$ or more or you can choose EMS, DHL, UPS. For these options please contact us before you place the order on the phone or emailing. 

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Basic Refund Policy

 There are 3 types of items we sell, and all 3 have slightly different Refund Policies:

o Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is

defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you or you can send it back to us for a

full refund.

o Apparel: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If the item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. You CANNOT return apparel unless they are defective. For size troubles, please read all the size charts and instructions on the product page carefully before order.  First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on).

o Free or Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free, promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but

that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.

 Make sure to include details when sent back.  

 You have 30 days to exchange your item.

o Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at info@bluelix.com or on the phone. 


How much is shipping?

 This depends on the total order price. Our standard shipping price is 1.79$ for each order up to 50$. The shipping is free for more than 50$ order value.
Exception to this rule are free promotional products where the shipping fee could be different than our standard shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

 We currently ship worldwide.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

 For non-apparel items, delivery can vary and take 2-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers.
The items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers. 

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
